Hi, my name is Dennis Cregier and I am the owner and founder of The Clinch Dirty Boxing System. My goal is to teach you how to defend yourself and fight in close quarters combat range. I accomplish this by offering the most functional, realistic self defense, innovative, system of instructions available. Clinch Dirty Boxing is an organization devoted to teaching the most realistic self defense training methods.
