who am i?
Hi, my name is Dennis Cregier and I am the owner and founder of The Clinch Dirty Boxing System. My goal is to teach you how to defend yourself and fight in close quarters combat range. I accomplish this by offering the most functional, realistic self defense, innovative, system of instructions available. Clinch Dirty Boxing is an organization devoted to teaching the most realistic self defense training methods. Clinch Dirty Boxing was founded on a simple idea — most martial arts training leaves a massive gap at close range. When a fight goes to the clinch, most people freeze. We fix that. Our training methends bring together the most effective close-quarters techniques from Krav Maga, Filipino Dirty Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Knife Fighting Concepts into one unified system. Whether you're stepping on the mat for the first time or you're a seasoned practitioner looking to sharpen your game, you'll find a home here.
